About the bloody money of the Uzbek elite in European banks Empty About the bloody money of the Uzbek elite in European banks

About the bloody money of the Uzbek elite in European banks, Latvia's "Golden Visa" to representatives of the giant mafia corporation of Uzbekistan and the reasons for these crimes.

The history of Latvia's development as an independent state began after the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991.
The economy of the republic was in a collapse, not a single enterprise could operate profitably by itself, the issues of import and export also collapsed with the collapse of the Soviet empire.

As relations between the authorities and representatives of the European Union developed, the country's economy began to gradually recover from the shock and began to recover.
It was then that the sale of various real estate began - houses, enterprises, first to all representatives of the European Union, and then to representatives of the former Soviet republics, because the state treasury was empty and it needed to be urgently filled in order to provide the most necessary for the most needy - children, the elderly, the sick and support activities of all budgetary enterprises and government agencies - schools, hospitals, communications.

It was then that the officials of the former Soviet republics were the first to understand and began to use the opportunities to get rich quickly by buying and selling real estate in the entire vast territory of the former USSR.

It was then that the first millionaires appeared, who yesterday were just clerks, officials of various state structures of the Soviet empire.
The pockets of these clerks were empty but they had winning cards in their hands.
These cards were simple visit cards, some of them was just little paper of little blocknote with name and phone number of various officials of various state bodies of the former USSR.

They were colleagues yesterday, because the central bodies of all the ministries of all Soviet republics were located in Moscow, and communication between them was established through Moscow.
And then, by means of recovery and strengthening ties, most cases regarding the purchase and sale of various products were carried out directly between the republics.
It was then, in the early 90s of the last century, that the authorities of Latvia and Uzbekistan began to strengthen ties between themselves after the collapse of the USSR.

In this restoration and strengthening of ties between the former Soviet republics, former fellow ministers and officials from various industries have played a large role.

It was the old ties between former Soviet colleagues that played a huge role in the birth of the oligarchs, the first rich people in all the former Soviet republics, who, like bandits, enriched themselves, taking advantage of the gigantic chaos on the ruins of Sovjet`s empire.
(By the way, it was then that both Putin and his entourage in St. Petersburg enriched themselves with just such dirty methods, but more on that another time).

If then Latvia slowly began to develop along the path of democracy, then Uzbekistan began to strengthen the dictatorship. The reason is that then, after the collapse of the USSR, new people came to power in the former Baltic republics, while in most other republics, former communist leaders, the Kremlin's henchmen, remained in power.
(You can write about all these complex processes in the first years of independence of the former Soviet republics for a long time, it is better about this in a personal conversation between us - if you are interested in it. H.K.).

Naturally, the European Union has played an important role in the development of Latvia along the path of democracy.
However, the EU representatives were very naive to understand the complex process of transition of the political system from communist to democratic.

They were delighted that the USSR collapsed and many, especially the Baltic states, rushed to the EU.
And this delight clouded the naive eyes of Europeans, which later led to many difficult problems.
One of these big problems for Latvia is the washing of money from the corrupt regimes of the former Soviet republics between former colleagues - Latvian, Uzbek, Russian and others.

Here is what the independent journalists of Latvia wrote about this:
“Children of the Uzbek elite bought real estate in Latvia, used the country to give birth to their first child, and allegedly used local banks to receive millions of dollars in bribes. Although more than 1,500 Uzbeks have taken advantage of the country's controversial golden visa program, it remains a tacit and closed community. "
(A source:https://en.rebaltica.lv/2016/05/children-of-uzbekistans-elite-revel-in-latvias-shadows/  ).

It is very sad and painful when in the center of the European Union, in the former Soviet republic of Latvia, Soviet methods of supporting the criminal elite of other, dictatorial regimes in dirty ways continue, although Latvia today is a full-fledged member of the EU and, accordingly, goverment of Latvia must observe democratic methods of governing the country.

However, nothing happens by itself and control is needed everywhere. Lack of control can destroy any state, union or community.

It was the lack of proper control that led the Latvian authorities to discover a very cheap way to replenish the state treasury at the expense of the dirty and bloody money of the Uzbek (and obviously other countries too) elite by issuing them a Golden Visa.
The process of issuing such visas is very simple: Open a multiple-entry visa and come to Latvia as a tourist, look for an expensive villa, buy it and register as a home owner.

Next, apply for a Golden Visa as a real estate owner in Latvia. This gives you the right to become a citizen not only of Latvia, but of the entire European Union. And then live for yourself as you want, or rather, as your pocket allows - open your own business or buy all sorts of businesses or shops.
Nobody is interested - where did you get these millions of dollars and euros, the Latvian authorities are only interested in one thing: Your money.

All money of the Uzbek elite is very dirty and bloody.
In Uzbekistan, corruption is one of the highest in the world, starting with the presidential family, his staff and ending with the secretaries of mahalla committees.

Believe it or not, this is a fact: To receive the required child allowance, a woman must give 10% of the allowance to the secretary or chairman of mahalla committees, which are the first local office of dictatorial power.

Another fact: Every businessman has to pay a set amount every month to mafia representatives if he/she want to continue their business.

Every entrepreneur must pay an official to get permission to start his own business, and then continue to pay to keep his business.

In fact, the power in Uzbekistan is a symbiosis of the Mafia and corrupt officials, a joint corporation of the authorities and organized crime.

All issues, both economic and political, are decided by the board of this corporation, starting with the election of the president and ending with the replacement of any official of any ministry, state committee and thousands of different state enterprises.

This is very brief about a very dangerous political disease, more precisely, about a very large international crime in the center of the European Union, about the turnover of billions dollars and euros earned by the criminal methods of the Uzbek elite and then laundering them through the circulation of this bloody money in Latvian and through them in European banks.
