State leaders, especially dictators have always tried to have a good international image. The political image of such "masters" as the Mugabe, Putin, Karimov, Berdymukhamedov, Kim, Lukashenko and the like are always high in the country, because citizens of Zimbabwe, Russia, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, North Korea and Belarus are very poorly informed about the political role and real face of  the person of its present as President. These dictators do everything to has been only positive opinions the citizens about their presidents, all the time.

However, these gentlemen have a very bad reputation in the world, especially in the highly developed and democratic part of the world.
That is why these dictators try probably use other channels than politicals , to raise its image. They are not interested in the question of the cost of building these expensive sports facilities, competitions, ceremonies, fireworks, the money that is spent from the state treasury at the expense of the citizens of the country, majority of which are very poor.

Putin's team tried very hard to hold the Winter Olympics in Sochi in 2014. Then Putin and his team went on contact, Corruption. Государственные лидеры, в особенности диктаторы, всегда пытались иметь хороший международный имидж. Политический имидж у таких господ как Мугабе, Путин, Каримов, Бердимухамедов, Ким, Лукашенко и им подобным всегда высокий внутри страны, так как народы Зимбабве, России, Узбекистана, Туркменистана, Северной Кореи и Беларуси очень плохо осведомлены о политической роли и настоящем лице своего президента. Эти диктаторы делают все, чтобы у народа всегда было только положительные мнения о своих президентах.

Однако эти господа имеют очень плохие репутации в мире, в особенности в высокоразвитой и демократической части мира.
Именно поэтому эти диктаторы стараются использовать другие каналы чем политические, чтобы поднять свой имидж. Их не интересует вопрос стоимости строительства всех этих дорогих спортивных сооружений, проведения соревнований,  церемоний, фейерверки, деньги на которые расходуются из государственной казны за счет бедных граждан страны.

Команда Путина старалась изо всех сил чтобы провести Зимнюю Олимпиаду в Сочи в 2014 году. Тогда Путин и его команда пошли на контакт даже с известным мафиози Гафуром Рахимовым, который сыграл ключевую роль в победе России на проведение этой Олимпиады. К сожалению, МОК не обратил внимания на грубейшие нарушения прав рабочих, которые занимались строительством спортивных сооружений, где погибли десятки рабочих, более тысячи из них были покалечены на тяжелых работах с высокими темпами. Десятки тысяч рабочих были использованы на этих работах как рабы, которые до сих не получили свои заработанные честным трудом деньги за каторжную работу в течении многих месяцев.

Сегодня история с Олимпиадой в Сочи повторяется.
Теперь борьба идет на проведение Чемпионата мира по футболу в 2018 году в России на высоком уровне, что по мнению Путина и его криминальной банды, поможет поднять международный имидж России, который резко упал из за агрессии России против соседней Украины и аннексии Крыма.

Значит будут повторятся все те самые преступления против рабочих и давления на руководства строительных фирм по усилению темпов строительства, особо не обращая внимания на права рабочих и на вопросы техники безопасности на рабочих местах.

Однако самим неприятным моментом в этой истории является то, что и тут не обошлось без коррупции, без помощи тех самих мафиози типа Г.Рахимова, которые вероятнее всего замешаны в получении Россией право проведения Чемпионата мира по футболу в 2018 году.

Вчерашняя новость об аресте чиновников ФИФА, подозреваемых в коррупции и отмывании денег породила надежду на то, что это расследование коснется и выбора места проведения чемпионатов мира по футболу в 2018 и 2022 годах.

Хочется надеется, что следователи этого крупного международного преступления пригласят на допрос лично Гафура Рахимова и его сообщников в Олимпийском комитете и Футбольной федерации РФ и выяснять факты получения право проведения Чемпионата мира по Футболу в 2018 году в России.
А когда выяснится, что чиновники России замешаны в даче взятки для получения право проведения Чемпионата мира по футболу, то ФИФА должна сказать властям РФ: Отвали Путин! Вы не имеете право провести чемпионат мира по футболу в России!
